A passionately crafted traditional Cape Malay bobotie with local influence. Infused with a cacophony of cape curry flavour, topped with the traditional milky egg custard, sweetened with reduced apricot and raisin chutney. Enjoy with a side order of our fragrant curried rice and raisins.

Preparation:

This dish is pre-cooked. Remove lid before preparation.

Oven:
Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for 20-30 minutes (oven times may vary) or until golden brown.

Microwave:
Warm on high for 4-8 minutes.
